FRIDAY NIGHT IS MUSIC NIGHT

All of a sudden, half the blogs I read seem to be putting music videos on Friday nights. It seems like a good idea to me, I spend a significant proportion of my online time searching for music vids on YouTube anyway, so I thought I'd try the same for a while and see how it goes.

Bearing the date in mind, it seemed appropriate to start off with "Gethsemane" sung by Ian Gillan, even though I gave up being a Christian in my teens. Until I found this the other day, I had no idea he was the original guy to play Jesus in "Jesus Christ: Superstar".

Of course this is what I was actually looking for when I found the above - "No Laughing in Heaven", which is one of my favourite Gillan songs:
